Men of Vision Think Tank (MOVTT) is a justice reform organization committed to transforming rehabilitation approaches within correctional systems and communities. Founded on principles of pro-social thinking and collaborative problem-solving, MOVTT works strategically with organizations, agencies, and stakeholders to enhance public safety, reduce recidivism, and promote effective community-based rehabilitation initiatives.

Our unique advisory structure includes insights from incarcerated individuals at the California Correctional Training Facility, providing authentic perspectives on systemic challenges within the corrections system.
